Regarding the recent floods in the Republic of Albania, that affected the population in the region of Skodra and Les, Macedonian Red Cross launches an emergency Appeal to citizens, organizations and companies, and all other interested persons that would like to express their solidarity by donating money in the Solidarity Fund of Macedonian Red Cross on the following bank account: 300000001327966, Tax No: 4030984271620 AD Komercijalna Banka – with remittance “Assistance to the affected population from the floods in the Republic of Albania. Macedonian Red Cross is joining the Appeal launched by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, for provision of assistance to the affected population from the disastrous earthquake that struck Haiti. The funds for this appeal can be paid in the Solidarity Fund of Macedonian Red Cross on the following bank account: 300000001327966, Tax No: 4030984271620 AD Komercijalna Banka – with remittance “Assistance to the affected population from the disastrous earthquake in Haiti. Donation, amounting to Denar 100 can be also made by dialing the following telephone numbers 070 143 403  075 143 300 i 077 - 143 900.

The funds can be donated until the end of January 2010 and then they will be transferred to the Albanian Red Cross and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies for provision of assistance to the affected population.
